I oppose this bill because I worry about our youth getting charged with this crime and put onto Iowa's SEX Offender registry. We need to educate our youth on boundaries in school should be the focus.

We as Iowans Unafraid opposethis bill for several reasons. This could put minors on the registry for the rest of their lives. Also how do you prove someone is grooming someone? This could Increase the sex offender registry roles, which would negatively impact families.
