This is a good bill to help protect the innocence of a person and their families. Law alleges that a person is innocent until proven guilty. However, that has become twisted to guilty unless proven innocent. Especially in the court of public opinion when pictures and other personal information are widely dispersed on social media and other media outlets. that in turn, usually leads to harassment and false accusations against the person and /or family, friends. It will influence attitudes in the workplace. In turn, it will taint a judge and jury. Though they may claim to be neutral, they are human and cannot help, but by some degree, be influenced by the stories and the manner in which they are presented. First impressions are nearly impossible to dissuade.

Should it not also apply to civil issues?
