The subcommittee should subpoena the Iowa Campaign Finance Ethics Board regarding my October 2024 complaint concerning ongoing embezzlements under Iowa Code 13.7 and 13.11 for private political purposes. Auditor Rob Sand is just as complicit as Attorney General Brenna Bird and Governor Kim Reynolds in this matter. In 2013, Bird had her LS2Group associate, Bruce Rastetter, and his colleagues at Nyemaster draft a questionable legal memorandum that allowed her to circumvent the twoyear lobbying ban after leaving Governor Branstad's office. During that time, I caught her misusing funds alongside thenAttorney General Tom Miller.I urge you to investigate the $21,000 check issued by the Iowa GOP to Beelin McCormick on March 23, 2019, as well as the $2,000 payment from Bird to Zach "Goodrick". Rob Sand will not use this issue to stage an 'October surprise' against the Iowa GOP involving Rastetter and Jess Vilsack under my watch. Additionally, please take note that Zach Nunn misrepresented his wife Kellys income from Birds FARAregistered LS2Group in his 2018 Iowa House financial disclosure.https://iowatorch.com/2022/08/12/republicansaccusemillerofoverseeingtaxpayerfundedslushfund/
