Citizen Engagement declares AGAINST SF 22 for the myriad of reasons people are distracted while driving to include but not limited to smoking, adjusting the radio, eating, kids. Cell phone use while driving is yet another reason people are distracted while driving and should be handled as such. Adjust the fines for distracted driving to include losing your license if your real goal is to save lives. Please kill the billagain!
