Why do we need a special law that criminalizes dumb pranks among teenagers, such as "ball taps" and "snuggies"? If you want to clean up Iowa's assault code remove the vague word "annoy" from Iowa Code 708.7 that Bousselot is having Brick Gentry attorneys embezzle from City of Ankeny without Iowa Code 331.757 contract to confine me to Iowa since a May 15, 2024 whistleblower email that Speaker Grassley can provide you a copy of.Iowa must remove the vague word "annoy" from Iowa Code 708.7 to comply with President Trump's Executive Order this week stripping State of Iowa from all Federal funding if it does not bring Iowa Code within First Amendment compliance. https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidentialactions/2025/01/restoringfreedomofspeechandendingfederalcensorship/I was also arrested over this LinkedIn comment days before my House 28 primary election which has no assaultive speech: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/benlynchlawattorneylynchwasrecentlypublishedagainactivity7111150533553360896DSSp/?trk=publicprofileshareview

In my previous comment, I explained why Iowa Code 708.7 needs to have the vague term "annoy" removed. Unfortunately, the URL I shared may have been mangled, so I am carefully pasting it again. I was wrongfully arrested due to this issue, and the law firm Nyemaster tampered with exhibits outside the Clive Police chain of custody to cover up the critical evidence of inmate abuse by Wellpath at the Polk County Jail.Additionally, this coverup concealed misconduct, including Mr. Bousselots involvement in hiding financial embezzlements related to Iowa Code sections 13.7 and 13.11 by Miller and Bird, as well as over $20,000 in Medicaid fraud committed by Nyemaster's client, UnityPoint Broadlawns Psych Education Foundation, to maintain cash flow during the pandemic. If the URL appears broken again, you can Google for "Ben Lynch Iowa Lawyer LinkedIn" to find my comments. https://www.linkedin.com/posts/benlynchlawattorneylynchwasrecentlypublishedagainactivity7111150533553360896DSSp/
