I recommend reaching out to the GALs appointed to children before Judge Seymour to uncover the serious issues that the Judicial Qualifications Commission has concealed from the legislature. Bousselot, as management director, misrepresented factswhat was labeled as "Tom Miller's Slush Fund" was also tied to Bird, involving an estimated $1.8 million kickback from RAGA. It is believed that much of this amount was embezzled through Husch Blackwell, in violation of Iowa Code 13.7 and 13.11, with Bousselot covering it up. Recently, Luke Martz further concealed these issues during an IPIB proceeding, where efforts to ensure transparent accounting were obstructed. https://www.iowafieldreport.com/campaigns/tommillersslushfundexposedinnewad/No legislative measure, aside from placing judges under uniform Iowa House ethics oversight, will be sufficient to address these concerns. Additionally, it is critical to address the illegal offcampus UIHC chemical castration and abortion clinics operating in violation of Iowa Code 23A.2. These clinics, established shortly after Governor Terry Branstad left office, continue to operate unlawfully. https://uihc.org/educationalresources/informationtransgenderindividualsBird's May 7, 2024, Iowa False Claims Act Annual Report contains misleading information, as my 2017 case aimed at shutting down these illegal clinics and recovering the funds embezzled through Iowa Code 13.7 and 13.11laundered to NAAG/RAGAremains sealed and uninvestigated.
