This is a good bill in protecting a person's rights of innocence until proven guilty. Unless, there is a proven threat to society or person. Most people, when seeing the person's photo and story will automatically assume guilt based on the assumption that if innocent, they would not have been arrested and booked. Thus, tainting a judge and/or jury pool. Judges are only human with their own biases.I base this on having been closely involved in several animal abuse cases where some of the evidence and testimonies, even those of law enforcement, Humane Society of the U.S. (HSUS), Amercian Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) were half truths, exaggerated, or manipulated/staged photos of alleged abuse. A DO pass.
