Stop trying to manage the deer herd through legislation. Let the DNR do the job we, the hunters and fisherman, pay them to do. The legislature should have no say over departments that are funded with license sales and user fees, not tax payer dollars. The legislature is making hunting a rich mans sport by rewarding nonresident landowners because they have the means to purchase tracks of land in this state to recreate on.
