Please advance this bill that protects medical professionals from being blocked by employers and unelected bureaucrats from using their best professional judgment within the scope of their license to prescribe and dispense medications to treat medical conditions of their patients.

I SUPPORT this bill. Pharmacists should not be blocked by employers in prescribing a medication.

I support this bill. Pharmacists and practitioners should be allowed to prescribe life saving drugs to their patients in good conscience. Government isn't our doctor or care giver. If government had common sense, the US southern border would be closed.

YES on SF2122 This is a common sense piece of legislation that says we are going to allow a licensed professional to use their licensed authority to prescribe and fill medication for a patient without interference from unelected bureaucrats. Unbelievable we even have to have this discussion, but we saw and experienced situations since the plannedemic began that revealed the corruption and overreach of boards and other entities over which treatments could be prescribed by a doctor or filled by a pharmacist. We can never allow this to happen again.

Please SUPPORT this billDoctors & pharmacists should be able to do what they think best for their patients, not what some unelected bureaucrats, appointed boards, or politicians think best. No one should have to choose between their licensure and their patient.

I SUPPORT this bill. Correction to my previous comment. I meant to say: Pharmacists should not be blocked by employers in filling a prescription, (not prescribing a medication).
