Please do not pass this bill out of committee. It will fundamentally change the way state and local governments and private organizations acquire land for parks, trails, open areas and wildlife. Much of this land shouldn't be farmed at all. Iowa has less public land than most states. Public land is good for Iowans' health, good for the environment and good for local business. Please reject corporate agriculture's attempt to seize power over property owners.
