What is the H.R. Committees long term plans to sustain peer run organizations like Wisconsin and other states? We are seeing, hearing, and talking crisis continuously and seem to leave out post crisis. think of a banmdaid on a deep cut, it comes off, if we think of the healing first we may not have to put another bandaid on, that is what peer run organizations are about.
