Citizen Engagement is declared IN FAVOR of HF 2012 however, we would amend to read the power to review and nullify executive orders from the president of the United States rests solely with the Iowa Legislature who MAY request an opinion from the Iowa Attorney General but is not limited in action by such opinion. It is our intent to prevent reliance on an attorney general who may be influenced by party politics.
