We respectfully ask that you not advance HSF 235, because it: Impedes the ability of platforms to remove objectionable content. Takes away government incentives from service providers that block SPAM. Violates conservative principles of limited government and free markets. Violates the First Amendment of the US Constitution.HSF 235 discourages the moderation of objectionable and extremist content and will result in many of the problems we outline in the attached testimony.

I am once again writing to encourage the committee to move HF206 forward. Mandatory minimum sentencing is not cost effective and it does not keep our communities safer. Representative Holt, we have sent you over 100 emails with no response or acknowledgment. Please listen to the people of Iowa.

Hello! I was wondering when HF206 would be coming up for vote? I would think that if a prison reform bill for life sentencing is being considered there is no reason to not consider a prison reform bill concerning mandatory 1minimum sentencing. Thank you!
