Andy Teas [Iowa Office of Ombudsman]

The Ombudsman supports the added language in section 21 of the bill. This amendment is consistent with a recommendation the Ombudsman made in its 2017 licensing board report, that those who file complaints with a licensing board be provided an adequate reason if their complaint is dismissed.
