BJ Hoffman [Hardin County]

The hate, the harassment, and negative behaviors towards the compensation board in Hardin County has become volatile. The weaponizing of compensation boards by political parties that dont get their way has left many counties struggling to: keep deputies in elected officials offices competitive in wages, engage candidates to want to run for elected office, allow for growth and development of leaders, and has allowed for many people to use our leaders wages as political hatred.
