Chad Brewbaker [Dallas County Libertarians]

1) Human trafficking in Uyghur (Chinese ethic Muslim) hair is rampant in Polk County. This bill does not seem to address that.2) A 100+ year statute of limitations is unwise you get into multigenerational reparations.
