Charge
Review recent legislative changes to improve Iowa's drug abuse prevention, treatment, and enforcement programs and recommend additional improvements to combat illegal drug activity. Study the needs of local and state agencies, including coordination of enforcement, treatment, and educational programs, as they seek to make Iowa a drug-free state.
