Infectious Medical Waste Disposal Study Committee (J)
Charge
To study the handling and proper disposal of infectious medical waste including the possibility of waste volume reduction, incineration as a means of disposal, and alternative disposal methods. The Committee shall study the benefits and risks associated with each method of disposal and make recommendations to the General Assembly.
