Charge
To review services available to older Iowans, and recommend ways to prevent needless institutionalization and enhance the quality of life of the elderly. Recommendations for improvements in the areas, including but not limited to respite care, transportation, nutrition, adult day care, homemaker-home health care, and housing alternatives should be included in the Committee's final report.
