Charge
To study and make recommendations to encourage and improve economic development efforts in rural Iowa, including but not limited to review of regional economic development efforts, the efficiency of the state's economic development administrative
structure, and the availability of development capital in the state. The study should also analyze the impact of the two job training programs, HF 623 e[Ch.] 280B) and HF 766 e[Ch.] 280C).
