Charge
The committee is required to review and make recommendations regarding the most efficient means to transition the Early Childhood Iowa Program from home visiting services to another system based on districts created by the Department of Health and Human Services. The study shall submit a report, including its findings and recommendations, or a bill draft, to the General Assembly by January 8, 2027.
