Senate Resolution 40
On motion of Senator Iverson, Senate Resolution 40, a
resolution requesting the Department of Economic Development and
the department’s director to continue efforts to foster and grow the
animal life science product industry in Iowa, with report of committee
recommending passage, was taken up for consideration.
Senator Iverson moved the adoption of Senate Resolution 40,
which motion prevailed by a voice vote.
The Senate stood at ease at 6:17 p.m. until the fall of the gavel for
the purpose of party caucuses.
The Senate resumed session at 6:33 p.m., President Kramer
presiding.

Final Bill Action: SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 21, a concurrent
resolution to provide for adjournment sine die.
Recommendation: DO PASS.
Final Vote: Ayes, 11: Iverson, Kramer, Gronstal, Boettger, Courtney, Drake,
Dvorsky, Gaskill, Putney, Ragan, and Sievers. Nays, none. Absent, none.
Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.
