Senator Hatch offered amendment S-3278, filed by him from the
floor to page 9 of the bill.
Senator Seymour raised the point of order that amendment
S-3278 was not germane to the bill.
The Chair ruled the point well-taken and amendment S-3278 out
of order.
Senator Holveck offered amendment S-3282, filed by Senator
Holveck, et al., from the floor to page 74 of the bill, and moved its
adoption.
A record roll call was requested.
On the question “Shall amendment S-3282 be adopted?”
