1 5 "Sec. . MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM – REPAYMENT
1 6 OF SENIOR LIVING TRUST FUND FOR FY 2003-2004. If
1 7 moneys received from the federal government for the
1 8 medical assistance program for the fiscal year
1 9 beginning July 1, 2003, and ending June 30, 2004,
1 10 exceed the amount anticipated, the excess moneys in an
1 11 amount not to exceed the amount appropriated from the
1 12 senior living trust fund for the medical assistance
1 13 program for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2003,
1 14 which have not otherwise been repaid, shall be
1 15 transferred to the senior living trust fund created in
1 16 section 249H.4."
