Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 298 (SSB 1030), a bill for an act expanding the
criminal offense of possessing contraband in correctional institutions to include
possessing contraband in a secure facility for the detention or custody of juveniles, a
detention facility, or a jail.

Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

Final Vote: Ayes, 13: Redfern, Larson, Kreiman, Boettger, Holveck, Horn, Kettering,
