  1  4 RELATING TO THE INCLUSION OF CERTAIN INFORMATION IN A TERMINATION
  1  5    OF PREGNANCY REPORT.

  1  7 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:

  1  9    Section 1.  Section 144.29A, subsection 1, Code 2003, is
  1 10 amended by adding the following new paragraph:
  1 11    NEW PARAGRAPH.  k.  The method used for an induced
  1 12 termination, including whether mifepristone was used.
