EXPLANATIONS OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on April 15,
2003. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on Senate Files
340 and 395.
ALONS of Sioux
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on April 15,
2003. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on Senate Files
340 and 395.
BOAL of Polk
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on April 10 and
April 14, 2003. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on
House File 541, Senate Files 155 and 397 and "nay" on House Files
654, 667 and Senate File 172.
BUKTA of Clinton
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on April 15,
2003. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on Senate Files
340, 79, 394, 395, 396 and 416 and "nay" on Senate File 393.
HUSER of Polk
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on April 15,
2003. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on Senate File
395.
RAECKER of Polk
BILLS ENROLLED, SIGNED AND SENT TO GOVERNOR
The Chief Clerk of the House submitted the following report:
Mr. Speaker: The Chief Clerk of the House respectfully reports that the following
bills have been examined and found correctly enrolled, signed by the Speaker of the
