relating to urban renewal indebtedness reporting and providing an
effective date.

IMMEDIATE MESSAGES
Gipp of Winneshiek asked and received unanimous consent that
the following bills be immediately messaged to the Senate: House
Files 534 and 545.
House File 504, a bill for an act relating to fraudulent use of a
credit card, scanning device, or reencoder, and providing a penalty,
was taken up for consideration.

Eichhorn of Hamilton offered the following amendment H-1112
filed by him and moved its adoption:

1 Amend House File 504 as follows:
2 1. Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
3 following:
4 "Section 1. Section 715A.6, subsection 2, Code
5 2003, is amended to read as follows:
6 2. An offense under this section is a class "D"
7 "C" felony if the value of the property or services
8 secured or sought to be secured by means of the credit
9 card is greater than one ten thousand dollars. If the
10 value of the property or services secured or sought to
11 be secured by means of the credit card is greater than
