have passed the House and the title, as amended, was agreed to.
House File 545, a bill for an act relating to the requirements for
newspapers designated for official publication purposes, was taken up
for consideration.
Ford of Polk asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw
amendment H-1103 filed by him on March 19, 2003.
Sands of Louisa offered the following amendment H-1109 filed by
Sands and Davitt of Warren and moved its adoption:
H-1109
1 Amend House File 545 as follows:
2 1. Page 1, line 4, by striking the word "weekly"
3 and inserting the following: "at least once a week".
Amendment H-1109 was adopted.
