Upmeyer of Hancock offered the following amendment H-1087
filed by her and moved its adoption:

H-1087

1 Amend House File 479 as follows:
2 1. Page 1, line 8, by inserting after the word
3 "program." the following: "This paragraph shall not
4 be construed to expand the scope of practice of an
5 advanced registered nurse practitioner pursuant to
6 chapter 152."

Amendment H-1087 was adopted.

Upmeyer of Hancock moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
