have passed the House and the title was agreed to.

Mr. Speaker: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the Senate has on
March 17, 2003, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the Senate was
asked:
House File 311, a bill for an act modifying the duties of county recorders.
Also: That the Senate has on March 17, 2003, passed the following bill in which the
concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate File 3, a bill for an act relating to the inclusion of certain information in a
termination of pregnancy report.
Also: That the Senate has on March 17, 2003, passed the following bill in which the
concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate File 173, a bill for an act authorizing school districts to deduct and pay fees
for membership in not-for-profit professional education associations.

assistance and termination of parental rights proceedings.
