Relating to the enterprise zone program, including the provision of
tax incentives and other assistance.
H.S.B. 190 Human Resources
Relating to providing information to schools regarding child custody
order provisions.
H.S.B. 191 Human Resources
Relating to physician assistant licensure and providing an effective
date.
H.S.B. 192 State Government
Providing for the reorganization of certain state departments by
establishing a department of administrative services, making related
changes, providing penalties, making appropriations, and providing
an effective date.
H.S.B. 193 Commerce, Regulation and Labor
Relating to various business entities, based on revisions related to the
Iowa business corporation Act, including addition of a savings clause
and addition of provisions related to director and officer liability,
duty, and indemnification for certain insurance companies and
indemnification for cooperative associations.
H.S.B. 194 Commerce, Regulation and Labor
Relating to utility services provided by a city, including applying lien
provisions to certain gas and electric service account holders and
allowing the water service lien exemption for all rental property.

Authorizing the sale of title insurance and regulating title insurance
agents and title insurers, providing penalties, and providing effective
