or scootering on public property.

an act relating to government efficiency by providing for the delivery
of administrative services to state government, establishment of
common state services regional boundaries, revising medical
assistance program eligibility and benefits provisions, improving
coordination of veterans benefits eligibility determinations, requiring
a comprehensive study of the state mental health institutes, and
revising requirements involving the judicial district departments of
correctional services, and providing effective dates.

relating to property tax relief and school infrastructure purposes by
increasing the state sales tax and distributing certain state sales tax
revenues to school districts for property tax relief or school

providing a penalty, and including an effective date.

housing trust fund and making an appropriation.

House File 214, by Shoultz and Berry, a bill for an act relating to
law enforcement stops and searches by establishing a central
repository in the department of public safety for the purpose of
collecting and disseminating information about motor vehicle stops,
and providing that every law enforcement agency adopt a written
policy prohibiting stops and searches which constitute a violation of
the civil rights of the person.
