ON CREDENTIALS
MR. SPEAKER: We, your committee on credentials, respectfully
report that we find the following named person duly elected to and
entitled to a seat in the House of Representatives of the Eightieth
General Assembly as shown by duplicate copies of the certificate of
election on file in the office of the Secretary of State:

I, CHESTER J. CULVER, Secretary of the State of Iowa, custodian of the files and
records pertaining to the elections in the state, do hereby certify that the State
Canvassing Board has declared that at a special election held on February 11, 2003,
Bruce L. Hunter was elected to fill a vacancy in the office of the House of
Representatives of the Sixty-second District, for the balance of the term which began
on January 1, 2003.
