Relating to dependent adult abuse and dependent adult
endangerment, providing penalties, and providing a contingent
effective date.
H.S.B. 145 Human Resources
Relating to programs and services under the purview of the
department of human services, and providing for retroactive
applicability and effective dates.
H.S.B. 146 Human Resources
Relating to family investment program eligibility requirements
involving motor vehicle equity and required school attendance and
including an applicability provision.
H.S.B. 147 Human Resources
Relating to disaster preparedness and providing an effective date.
H.S.B. 148 Human Resources
Providing for miscellaneous technical and substantive changes
relating to controlled and precursor substances.
H.S.B. 149 Human Resources
Providing for specified changes relating to programs under the
purview of the Iowa department of public health.
H.S.B. 150 Agriculture
Relating to tax credits and associated refunds for cooperatives
engaged in the production of value-added agricultural products, and
providing for its applicability.
