H.S.B. 13 Economic Growth
Creating a sales tax exemption for certain equipment to be used in a
warehouse or distribution center.
H.S.B. 14 Economic Growth
Relating to the licensure, permit, and approval process for site
development of economic development projects.
H.S.B. 15 Natural Resources
Relating to bait dealers’ licenses by creating resident and nonresident
wholesale bait dealer licenses, providing reciprocity, and providing
effective and applicability dates.
