Senator Kibbie offered amendment S-5400, filed by Senators
Kibbie and Redfern on April 4, 2002, striking and replacing
everything after the enacting clause of the bill, and moved its
adoption.

Senator McKibben asked and received unanimous consent that
action on House File 2459 be deferred.

presiding.
