On motion of Senator McKibben, House File 2459, a bill for an
act relating to the authority of city hospital and health care facility
boards of trustees, with report of committee recommending
amendment and passage, placed on the Unfinished Business
Calendar on March 21, 2002, was taken up for consideration.
