Senator Boettger raised the point of order that amendment S-5190
was not germane to the bill.

The Chair ruled the point well-taken and amendment S-5190 out
of order.

Senator Connolly offered amendment S-5189, filed by Senator
Connolly, et al., from the floor to page 2 and to the title page of the
bill, and moved its adoption.

A record roll call was requested.
