On motion of Senator Boettger, Senate File 2315, a bill for an act
appropriating state school foundation aid and making related
changes to the state percent of growth for school budgets and to the
funding for area education agencies, and providing an effective date,
placed on the Unfinished Business Calendar on March 18, 2002, with
report of committee on Education recommending passage, was taken
up for consideration.
Senator Connolly offered amendment S-5190, filed by Senator
Connolly, et al., from the floor to pages 1, 2, 4, and to the title page of
the bill.
