prohibiting body piercing of minors without prior written consent of a parent, providing
for injunctive relief, and providing penalties.
Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.
Final Vote: Ayes, 13: Redwine, Tinsman, Hammond, Bartz, Behn, Boettger, Dvorsky,
Harper, Holveck, Miller, Schuerer, Shearer, and Veenstra. Nays, none. Absent or not
voting, none.
