Relating to the regulation and protection of wildlife by prohibiting
the taking of mussels with a sport fishing license and including black
bears and mountain lions as fur-bearing animals.
SSB 3030 Natural Resources and Environment
Relating to statewide standards, site-specific cleanup standards,
and public participation in the Iowa land recycling and
environmental remediation standards Act.
SSB 3031 Natural Resources and Environment
Relating to the operation, regulation, and equipment of watercraft,
establishing watercraft safety courses, and subjecting violators to a
penalty.
