have passed the House and the title was agreed to.
IMMEDIATE MESSAGES
Rants of Woodbury asked and received unanimous consent that
the following bills be immediately messaged to the Senate: House
Files 2109, 2340, 2365, 2394 and 2492.
HOUSE FILE 2236 REFERRED
The Speaker announced that House File 2236, presently placed on
the calendar was referred to committee on ways and means.
HOUSE FILE 2556 REFERRED
The Speaker announced that House File 2556, presently placed on
the calendar was referred to committee on state government.
SENATE FILE 2084 PASSED ON FILE
The Speaker announced that Senate File 2084, previously referred
to committee on commerce and regulation was passed on file.
EXPLANATION OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on February 27,
2002. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on Senate File
2304 and amendment H-8104.
