COMMITTEE ON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
Committee Bill (Formerly House File 2392), relating to the establishment of
renaissance zones, providing certain tax exemptions, refunds, and credits to persons
located in the renaissance zones, reimbursing school districts for lost property tax due
to renaissance zone designation, and providing an applicability date.
Fiscal Note is not required.
Recommended Amend and Do Pass February 21, 2002.
Committee Bill (Formerly House File 2402), creating a century small business
program to recognize and honor small businesses with one hundred consecutive years
of continuous family ownership.
Fiscal Note is not required.
Recommended Do Pass February 21, 2002.
