Providing title restrictions relating to the practice of physical
therapy, and providing a penalty.

Relating to campaign finance law, including electronic filing of
disclosure reports by certain candidates, requiring certain
supplemental reports, providing for disclosures in relation to certain
political telephone communications, requiring disclosure of certain
information in conjunction with certain contributions, providing an
effective date, and applying a penalty.

Relating to elected officials, including lobbyist and client reporting,
reports of official misconduct, and campaign finance reporting.
