HUMAN RESOURCES Final Bill Action: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 24, a concurrent resolution requesting the legislative council to establish a study committee relating to the creation of a statewide central intake unit for receiving child abuse reports. ALSO: Final Bill Action: HOUSE FILE 354, a bill for an act relating to the pronouncement of death by a physician assistant, a licensed practical nurse, or a registered nurse. Recommendation: DO PASS. Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17. *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau reported nonsubstantive changes to the members of the Human Resources Committee on House File 598, and they were attached to the committee report. ALSO: Final Bill Action: HOUSE FILE 655, a bill for an act relating to the establishment of a system of oversight for adult day services. Recommendation: DO PASS.
