  state electric energy policy; providing for joint agreements for acquisition
  of ownership
  of a joint facility for electric power generation and transmission, and for
  the planning,
  financing, operation, and maintenance of the joint facility; providing for
  the bonding
  authority of electric power agencies; and making certain other changes and
  requirements related to electric generation and transmission.

  Recommendation:  WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION.

  system, the
  appointment of trustees for the unified library service area, and
  development of a
  biennial unified plan of service and service delivery in consultation with
  unified library
  service areas and area education agency media centers.

  Recommendation:  AMEND AND DO PASS, AS PROVIDED IN AMENDMENT S-3306.
