EDUCATION Final Bill Action: HOUSE FILE 637, a bill for an act relating to the responsibilities and duties of the department of education, area education agencies, and the commission of libraries, including the renaming of the regional library system, the appointment of trustees for the unified library service area, and development of a biennial unified plan of service and service delivery in consultation with unified library service areas and area education agency media centers.
