  services.

  Recommendation:  AMEND AND DO PASS, AS PROVIDED IN AMENDMENT S-3297.

  Final Vote:  Ayes, 13:  King, Lamberti, Kibbie, Bolkcom, Dearden, Deluhery,
  Drake,
  Fink, Jensen, Maddox, McKean, Rittmer, and Sexton.  Nays, none.  Absent or

  care facility
  regulation, including information to be included in a notice of a deficiency
