  The Senate met in regular session at 9:00 a.m., President
  Pro Tempore McKean presiding.

  Prayer was offered by John Feller, Doorman for the House of
  Representatives from Des Moines, Iowa, guest of Senator McKibben.
  Mr. Feller sang "The Lords Prayer."

  The Journal of Tuesday, February 20, 2001, was approved.

  ADJOURNMENT

  On motion of Senator Iverson, the Senate adjourned at 9:07 a.m.
  until 9:00 a.m. Thursday, February 22, 2001.
