  *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau reported
  nonsubstantive

  relating to
  the granting of additional cable television franchises by a city.

  exemption from regulation of certain persons acting as an attorney in fact
  regarding
  certain real estate transactions.
